Privacy policy

Draft: have this reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

What we keep: your name, email, password (hashed, never readable), the computers you sign in from (a random id and the name you see on your account page), your subscription status from Paddle, and messages you send us.

Your designs stay on your computer. We never upload your artwork or embroidery files.

Learning data (optional, off by default): if you choose to share it, the program sends measurements of the shapes you digitize (size, width, holes…) and the stitch types you chose, without the artwork, so auto-digitizing improves for everyone. You can turn it off any time.

AI features: when you use AI help or the image creator, your question or description is sent to the AI service whose key you entered (OpenAI or Anthropic), under their terms.

Payments: Paddle processes payments; we never see your card.
