Troubleshooting

• A shape disappears when you finish drawing: look at the red message near the bottom of the canvas. "Unknown command" means an old Embella is still running: restart it.
• Nothing happens on export: check the hoop size and the export format notes.
• The view jumped: zoom only changes with the wheel, F or Fit; press F to fit the design.
