Refund policy

If Embella Studio isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you'll get your money back in full, no questions asked.

Renewals (later monthly or yearly payments) can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal if you haven't used the program since it renewed.

To ask for a refund, use Manage billing on your account page, reply to your receipt email, or write to [email protected]. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our reseller, Paddle, and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
