Font builder

• Lettering → Font builder (or the Lettering panel). + New font starts an empty font or a copy.
• For each letter: Draw the shape (click its outline; a shape inside another is a hole), Draw satin strokes (drag along each stroke; width and tapered ends), or upload an SVG or a picture of the letter (traced). Fit to scales it onto the capital, x-height or tail guide lines.
• Font settings: name, space width, smallest sewing size. Auto-kern evens out pairs like AV and To; set any pair by hand. Test shows a stitched line of text. Export font saves an .ebf file; New font → import loads one.
