Holes

• Digitize holes (H): select a fill, click the corners of the hole, then Enter (or middle click / double click). The fill stitches go round the hole.
• Fill holes: adds a separate fill in each hole of the selected fills (give it another color).
• Remove holes: fills straight over the holes.
