Weld, branch, redwork, backtrack, repeat
- Branch: select two or more stitched objects of one color (satins, fills, runs, mixed) → they sew as one unit in the best order, travelling inside the stitched area (hidden under stitches still to come) instead of trimming between touching pieces. Running lines alone become one single-pass run. Unbranch takes a branch apart.
- Auto-branch letters: select the pieces of some lettering (or Ctrl+A) → the touching pieces of each letter are branched, letter by letter in reading order.
- Redwork: select running-stitch lines → one piece in which every line is sewn exactly twice (even weight, like hand redwork); it ends where it started.
- Weld: select two or more overlapping shapes or fills → one merged shape.
- Backtrack / Repeat / Sew once: set how the selected lines are sewn.
